Bone Tumor Surgery

The main treatment for bone cancer is often surgery. When operating to remove bone tumors, our surgeons remove some of the surrounding bone and muscle to make sure they remove as much cancerous tissue as possible. We can do this in most bone cancer surgeries. Sometimes we can replace it with the bone removed from another part of the body or an implant. We have developed more durable and functional replacements than previously available.
